Notes:

• When you receive your RNA number(s) please pack the product(s) to be returned enclosing details of the RNA number(s).
• The RNA number is valid for 1 month from date of issue.
• Products out of warranty that are returned for repair will incur a repair charge. A repair estimate will be issued for your approval prior to any repair work being carried out.
• Products returned without an RNA number will not be accepted by RSPL.
